NOT JUST FOR ROASTIES! I struggled with IBS for decades and tried lots of diets (FodMap, Keto, etc) when my doctor put me on The Elimination Diet – known as CARNIVORE in the US. I thought he was mad but after 90 days of eating fatty red meat and drinking water, everything cleared up! No bloating, cramping, inflammation. We really are what we eat! I now avoid all plants (they’re just mass farmed pesticides + oxalates) and enjoy sourcing well produced meat. I save a fortune too not bothering with bread, pasta, biscuits, chocolate, wine etc. I drink hot and cold water. I find ruminant animals are better for gut health (cows, goat etc). That was 3 years ago. I have never looked back. I also lost 3 stone and have such good sleep + energy (menopause symptoms improved too!). I follow Dr Anthony Chaffee on YouTube and Kelly Hogan (My Carnivore Life). We have eaten meat for millennia. Humans are designed to eat meat not KitKats and lager. After fixing my digestion, I decided to take note of what beauty products I used as the creams you put on your skin present in your blood stream 20 mins later. Since I am inflamed by all plants I decided to give pure tallow a try as it came without added seed oil. It’s texture is harder than regular tallow body cream so warm it up in your palms to spread first. My skin is soft, my concrete feet now silky soft and my turkey neck has smoothed out. I’m 56 and six foot tall. Thanks to Carnivore, I have got my life back. This tallow is far too precious to waste on a potato.

I never leave reviews – But genuinely, my skin has never looked better. And the texture of it isn’t too greasy and it doesn’t smell like it just kind of like melts into your skin. 10/10 recommend. Bought the gift set containing a large soap, skin balm and spf balm stick. I also bought a deodorant stick, all woth essential oils in. I also bought the small jar of Tallow which I intend to use not only for cooking, but as a daily supplement to my diet. Have to say the order arrived extremely well packed in a strong box so no chance of anything being dated or broken en route and the gift box is beautifully presented. The products smell divine, the texture is thicker than I thought it may be, but once I got into applying the skincare the tallow soon melts into your skin leaving if feeling super soft and protected.
