What makes our tallow different:
Produced from certified organic grass‑fed and finished cattle raised on our Devon farm.
Our tallow is carefully purified using traditional methods without chemical refining, bleaching agents or industrial processing.
We purify. We don’t over‑refine. This helps retain the natural fatty acid profile.
Traditional composition:
Naturally contains fatty acids including:
Oleic acid – supports skin softness and stability.
Palmitic acid – contributes to skin conditioning.
Stearic acid – helps support skin barrier function.
Grass‑fed tallow also naturally contains fat‑soluble vitamins and conjugated linoleic acid (CLA).

Took a few days of cooking to get used to the smell (though knew it was something to deal with), although it wasn’t that bad. Now, just used to it and it makes cooking a betetr experience. Steaks especially tast much better fried in tallow than say olive oil. I also made balm for skin from the tallow. Have three little jars and keep mildly dry skin at bay.

Absolutely brilliant tallow. I purchased this primarily for skin care and have already made some wonderful face creams, body creams and deodorant. It has a neutral smell with a pleasant undertone. It blends beautifully with essential oils but I also love it unscented. A 2.5kg tub is great value. I’ve melted it down into Kilner jars in batches for the freezer so it will last a long time. Delivery was good and it was well- packaged. I highly recommend, especially if you’ve been looking for something pure enough for skin care; I’m very happy and will purchase again and highly recommend.
