We produce this because it highlights the quality and healthy benefits of our beef and is a great example of ‘Less is More’ and ‘Bonding’ with food.

Sliced for Sukiyaki but also good for Shabu Shabu and Stroganoff .  We use the finest and authentic cuts from our native ruby red beef to produce super tender slices.

As the slices are cut thinly, please delicately remove them from the tray before fully defrosted so that the slices do not fall apart.

Delivered in a Puffin recyclable wool insulation pouch in a recycled cardboard box  with an ice sheet.

We deliver our perishable products and meats throughout mainland UK.  Tues – Friday   We deliver in environmentally sound wool chilled pouches , using  a  24 Courier next day service. We freeze our retail cuts as soon as they are cut off the bone to protect quality and preserve true freshness.
