made from the finest ‘belly bits’ of our beef.  Rather special. It’s cured and then dry aged for a deeper taste.

Organic and pastured beef bacon.  A farm favourite. Our beef makes great crispy bacon.  A subtle yet flavoursome bacon which is very enjoyable as a substitute for traditional pork bacon. It also compliments many dishes, salads and bakery. If you have not tried, we recommend it and we suggest nice and crispy.

  1. Our artisan streaky belly beef bacon made from the finest ‘belly bits’ of our beef.  Un smoked and rather special. It’s cured and then dry aged for a deeper taste.

Cured in salt & sodium nitrite.

200 gram pack.   Use within 3 weeks from date of receipt.

Delivered in a Puffin recyclable wool insulation pouch in a recycled cardboard box  with an ice sheet.

We deliver our perishable products and meats throughout mainland UK.  Tues – Friday   We deliver in environmentally sound wool chilled pouches , using  a  24 Courier next day service. We freeze our retail cuts as soon as they are cut off the bone to protect quality and preserve true freshness. We offer a safe, secure and robust next day dispatch service.  Specific delivery dates can be chosen at checkout.

    Delicious. They shrink v quickly, so I use the melted fat to fry the eggs in alongside. It works v well. For a crispier texture, I fry them just on one side, for a little bit longer. I love the slightly meatier taste than regular bacon.
