Our Generous whole rack of ribs are usually around 600g and will make an ample meal for a couple. With plenty of meat on all the bones and much more, you wont be disappointed.

Our pork come from pastured free range native pigs fed on a seasonal diet ( Pasture, woodland forage, root crops and apples) that have taken much longer than normal to mature and carry the essential extra depth of flavour that produces really succulent, flavoursome meat. Highly recommended for pork lovers.

Tender and meaty ribs. Well suited to slow cooks, as well as marinating and popping under the grill or on the barbecue. Showcasing the rich quality of our native breed pork. We leave as much meat on as possible and these are full ribs so a great small family meal.
Delivered in a Puffin recyclable wool insulation pouch in a recycled cardboard box with an ice sheet.
We deliver our perishable products and meats throughout mainland UK. Tues – Friday We deliver in environmentally sound wool chilled pouches , using a 24 Courier next day service. We freeze our retail cuts as soon as they are cut off the bone to protect quality and preserve true freshness. We offer a safe, secure and robust next day dispatch service. I slow-roast these on the biggest oven tray. They are succulent and tasty with just salt as seasonings. A honey glaze, brush on for the last 10 to 15 minutes of roasting, would be a treat definitely.
