Yakiniku is one of our favourite way of enjoying our beef.  We simply flash fry these tender bit size cuts, and then enjoy them dipped in our warm Yakiniku Sauce,  either with chop sticks or a fork.

These specially selected cuts take a matter of seconds to flash fry and its a wonderful way to enjoy beef as a small plate alongside other small plates or a hearty salad.

Ideal for communal table top grilling. pan frying or BBQ.  As the slices are cut thinly, please delicately remove them from the tray before fully defrosted so that the slices do not fall apart.

We recommend our Yakiniku Sauce we use the finest and authentic ingredients: Garlic, Mirin, Soy Sauce, Sake, Sugar and Sesame Oil.  Last but not least our very own honey.

Delivered in a Puffin recyclable wool insulation pouch in a recycled cardboard box  with an ice sheet.

We freeze our retail cuts as soon as they are cut off the bone to protect quality and preserve true freshness.
