Super tender Japanese sliced Tongue. A revelation and perfect for a communal grill. Our slow reared, aged beef is perfect this.  it’s sliced thicker at the most tender parts and then thinner as the textures changes. Best grilled quickly until  medium-rare. Gyutan has a rich, deep flavour but also tastes surprisingly clean, making it a delicacy.
