Stunning affordable cheap cut. Full of flavour. Used as a base for stocks and soups but with plenty of meat on for a meal as well. I prefer to slow cook in cider. Here is our recipe
Our pork come from pastured free range native pigs fed on a seasonal diet ( Pasture, woodland forage, root crops and apples) that have taken much longer than normal to mature and carry the essential extra depth of flavour that produces really succulent, flavoursome meat. Highly recommended for pork lovers.
