Hey there, we’re Jocelyn and Graham Macklin and we farm this little slice of heaven called Hayes Meadow. We were fortunate enough to find each other and embark on this journey ethically farming and producing delicious and healthy food.

From our organic cattle we produce a range of healthy, nutritious and tasty produce including: Dry Aged Beef, Charcuterie and a ‘Tallow’ based skincare range. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
All of our grass-fed Red Ruby beef is hung on the bone for at least 28 days, to develop a wonderfully rounded depth of flavour. We freeze our retail cuts as soon as they are cut off the bone to protect quality and preserve true freshness.
All our meat products are vacuum packed in our commercial processing unit. We uphold the highest level of hygiene, traceability and ethics.
