Hey there, we’re Jocelyn and Graham Macklin and we farm this little slice of of heaven called Hayes Meadow. We were fortunate enough to find each other and embark on this journey ethically farming and producing delicious and healthy food.

From our organic cattle we process and direct retail a ‘nose to tail’ range of healthy, nutritious and tasty produce. ⠀Including: Dry Aged Beef, Charcuterie and a Tallow based skincare range. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
All of our grass-fed Red Ruby beef is hung on the bone for at least 28 days, to develop a wonderfully rounded depth of flavour.
All our meat products are vacuum packed in our commercial processing unit. We uphold the highest level of hygiene, traceability and ethics.
