Jocelyn and I are farmers because we love the miracle of life. We chose to have a closed farm, which means everything on this farm is born on this farm. We watch over every birth and assist when needed. We nurture the animals on the farm and strive to give them a long happy and healthy life.

In order to welcome life on the farm, sadly some have to give way. The very least we can do is pay homage to these beautiful creatures sacrificed. Appreciate them. The wonderful food they create must not be wasted and must be valued for the goodness it gives us.

We are passionate about ethical farming, regeneration and healthy happy eating. We are driven to create exceptional tasting produce from the nose to the tail from our animals, out of respect for their honour.
Meat, Milk and Honey are the essence of life. We should celebrate that together.  Us the farmers and you, our discerning friends and customers.
