Where do you ship your Tallow skincare products?
We ship our tallow skincare worldwide with full tracking. Delivery options, timescales and costs are shown at checkout once you’ve entered your address.
For many destinations — including most of the EU, the USA, Switzerland and the Republic of Ireland — we now offer Delivered Duties Paid delivery. Import duties and local taxes are calculated and included in the price you pay at checkout, so there’s nothing further to pay when your parcel arrives.
Where a duty-paid option isn’t available for your country, your order is sent Delivered Duties Unpaid, and any customs charges set by your country are payable by you before delivery. You’ll see which applies at checkout, before you pay.
Will I have to pay customs charges or import taxes?
If you choose a delivery option marked “duties & tax included”, the amount shown covers the import duty and local sales tax for your country. We pay these on your behalf, and nothing more is owed on delivery.
If your country isn’t covered, or you choose a standard duty-unpaid option, your local customs authority will calculate what’s due and the carrier will contact you to collect it before delivery. The amount is set by your country’s rules, not by us, so we’re not able to tell you in advance what it will be.
Duty-paid delivery is currently available on our skincare range. Larger tallow orders may only be available duty-unpaid — the options at checkout will make this clear.
What is your international return and refund policy?
If a duty-unpaid parcel is held by customs, please contact your local customs office — they’ll tell you what’s needed to release it. We’re not able to refund customs charges or release fees, as these are set by your country rather than by us.
If a parcel is refused or returned to us, we’ll refund the goods once they’re safely back with us, less the original shipping cost.
For duty-paid orders, the duties and taxes shown at checkout are paid to your country’s authorities on your behalf. If you return an order we’ll refund the goods; duty already paid to a foreign authority can’t always be recovered, and we’ll let you know what applies to your order.

We ship with Royal Mail, DPD and DHL. The carriers available for your destination, with delivery times and costs, are shown at checkout.
