What delivery options do we provide for UK skincare delivery?
We offer Free Nationwide delivery for Tallow Skincare and Pure Tallow for orders over £50.
Delivery is £4.50 below £50. We ship using Royal Mail 48 hour Tracked.
Do we offer free UK delivery on our organic skincare products?
Free shipping is calculated at checkout. Target Specific delivery dates can be chosen at checkout. It is common for Royal Mail to be a day or so late due to weather or events out of their control. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control. Please follow the tracking information we supply you for updates.
What is our UK return policy for our tallow skincare?
If an order goes missing we will replace or refund after 10 working days from the forecast delivery date. This is to allow the post to clear any unforeseen delays. If the courier or post has attempted a delivery, it is your responsibility to follow this up with the carrier. Refunds will only be issued on receipt of products back from the carrier.
We cannot assist if Royal Mail declare the order has been delivered.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Product must be unused, in the condition they were received, and in their original box and/or packaging.
