What are your Beef and Bone Broth UK Delivery options?
We offer Free Nationwide delivery for orders over £75 of Beef and Bone Broth only. Delivery is £9.50 below £75. This does not include pure tallow or skincare. Those have a flat shipping rate of £4.50, mixed or not. Specialist Puffin wool and ice packaging is exclusively for beef and bone broth and is costly to source.
How much does your organic Beef delivery cost?
This is calculated at checkout. Target Specific delivery dates can be chosen at checkout. It is common for the courier to be a day late due to weather or events out of their control. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control. If our supply of your goods is delayed then DPD will dispose of the goods if delayed by more than 2 days or 3 days on a 2-day service. We then offer to replace or refund you.
We deliver our perishable products and meats throughout mainland UK. Tues – Friday We deliver in environmentally sound wool chilled pouches, using DPD next day or two-day service. Our iced packaging keeps the meats sufficiently chilled below 5 degrees for up to 2-3 days to allow for any courier delivery delays. Your meats will be safe to return to the freezer even with degrees of thaw during transit.
We freeze our retail cuts as soon as they are cut off the bone to protect quality.
If you cannot be in on this date you can always suggest a ‘safe place’ to leave the delivery or arrange for the package to left with a neighbour. We have this facility at checkout. DPD also offer this service once the package is on route.

We have taken a great deal of time and effort rearing and supplying you with sustainable, high-quality beef. It is a waste of an animal’s life when a box gets lost. We will do everything we can to ensure the meat arrives at your door. Please note we do not deliver on Bank Holidays and weekends.
If you are not at home when your goods are delivered. If no one is available at your address to take delivery, The courier may follow the instructions you have given us of where to leave the goods in the circumstances. If they leave the goods on your doorstep or with a neighbour, and they are stolen or damaged, we do not accept any liability.
What does your organic beef packing look like?
The pouches and liners are made from all natural, 100% sheep’s wool, housed inside a recyclable, food grade polyethylene. Our responsibly sourced wool is 100% biodegradable. This means that once you have used and loved your Puffin Packaging it can be placed on a compost where it will naturally break down and release a whole host of lovely nutrients such as nitrogen which can fertilise your plants. Even if our wool ends up on a landfill, it will still naturally biodegrade within 6- 12 months, unlike polystyrene which hangs around on our planet for another million years or so. If you don’t want to reuses the ice packs. Please recycle. Dispose of the contents into a sink using hot
water to dilute. The contents are not harmful to the environment. The outer covering can be placed
into a recycling bin.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, we would ask you to contact us immediately. Our
terms state you must inform us within 24 hours. We do not accept perishable returns.
